Personal Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit our Properties, open or click on emails we send you, or interact with our advertisements, we or third parties we work with may automatically collect certain information using technologies like cookies and other tracking technologies described below.

Cookies and Similar Technology
"Cookies" are pieces of information placed on your device by a website to collect data that facilitates and enhances your interaction with that website. This data may include the addresses of websites you visited before and after our Properties, the type of browser you are using, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the pages you visited on the Properties, the links you clicked on, the region where your device is located, and geographic information based on your IP data. We may store some information on your device or hard drive as a cookie or similar file (such as clear gifs, pixels, web beacons, tags, and similar technologies that work on mobile devices) to collect data related to your use of the Properties. We may also use cookies to customize your visit to the Properties (including our emails) and for other purposes to make your visit more convenient or to enhance the Properties.

Cookies fall into the following subcategories:

Required (Essential) Cookies
Certain cookies are essential for your secure use and navigation of the Properties, allowing us to provide the services you request. Without these cookies, Prompt Biz Inc. may be unable to offer core functions and features, and the Properties would not perform as desired. These cookies enable essential functions like network transmissions and user login. They also help us comply with legal obligations in regions with cookie laws by maintaining your consent choices or preventing advertising-related trackers if you have opted out. These cookies collect and use information such as server preferences, single-session data and identifiers, web beacons, log files, and other credential-related information. Essential cookies cannot be turned off on our Properties.
Functional Cookies
Functional cookies collect and process information about your preferences and choices related to the Properties, allowing us to offer enhanced functionality, customization, and personalization. They remember login information and other preferences to provide you with personalized features (e.g., local preference settings, geographically-customized content). Social media cookies fall under this category, collecting data about your social media usage and related information. To modify your social media cookies, visit the settings on your social media account(s).
Analytics Cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand user actions and interests by tracking clicks, visits, and traffic sources. This enables us to measure and improve the performance of our Properties and services, ensuring a high-quality experience by customizing offerings and quickly identifying and fixing issues. For instance, we use analytics cookies to determine the most popular pages, the most effective methods of linking between pages, and the reasons behind error messages on some pages.
Advertising Cookies
To support the Properties and tailor your experience, Prompt Biz Inc. and its advertising partners (and their third-party analytics providers) use cookies to personalize the content and advertisements you see. These cookies help deliver targeted advertisements that align with your interests more than non-targeted ads. Some Prompt Biz advertising partners also use cookies to monitor the performance of their ads, including native advertising content (e.g., BrandVoice), tracking how you interact with these ads even when displayed on another site. If you do not allow these trackers on our Properties, you may still receive advertisements, but they will be less relevant to your interests.

In certain countries and U.S. states, you can opt out of or set preferences for cookies using our cookie management tool when you visit our Properties with a device. You may also manage preferences for certain interest-based advertisements and targeted ads through self-regulatory programs such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) at www.aboutads.info/consumers and the Network Advertising Initiative at http://optout.networkadvertising.org. For more information, see the Your Choices section below.
Our Properties' web and ad servers log details about users' IP addresses, browser types, and the current URLs being requested. This information is automatically provided by users' browsers and logged by most websites. These log files are securely stored and used for internal business purposes, such as analyzing traffic patterns within our Properties.

Clickstream Data
As you browse the internet, a trail of electronic information, known as "clickstream data," is left at each website you visit. This data can be collected and stored by the website's server. Clickstream data includes details such as the type of computer and browser you use, and the address of the website from which you linked to our Properties. We may collect and use clickstream data anonymously to understand how much time visitors spend on each page of our Properties, how they navigate through the site, and how we can tailor our web pages to better meet visitor needs. This information is used to improve our Properties.
Analytics
We may work with third-party vendors who use the technologies described here to conduct website analytics, helping us understand how visitors use our Properties. One such provider is Google Analytics, a service offered by Google LLC ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze website usage. The information generated by these cookies about your use (including your IP address) is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the Properties, compile reports on website activity, and provide other related services. Google may also transfer this information to third parties when required by law or when third parties process the information on Google's behalf. You can refuse the use of these cookies by adjusting your browser settings. By using the Properties and accepting cookies, you consent to the processing of your data by Google as described. For more information and to opt out, visit Google Analytics Opt-out.
Service Data
We may obtain Service Data from or on behalf of our clients and their vendors. We process this data on behalf of our clients according to our contracts with them.
Third-Party Sources
Occasionally, we may collect personal information about you from third-party sources (including data append services, data co-ops, or social media websites if you connect your social media with our Properties). We use this information for business or commercial purposes, such as contacting you or better serving you with content or promotions. We will only use this information if these third parties have your consent or are otherwise legally permitted to disclose your personal information to us. Additionally, we may collect publicly available information from third-party sources. Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with this Privacy Statement or as permitted by law.
When you sign into our Properties or purchase a subscription using a social media login, you permit that social media platform to share certain information with us. For example, if you use Facebook or LinkedIn to sign in or purchase a subscription, they may share your email address and other public profile information, such as your full name, age range, profile picture, and profile link. Similarly, logging in with a Google account allows Google to share your full name, email address, age range, profile picture, and profile link. Using an Apple ID allows Apple to share your personal information, although you can choose to hide your email address, in which case Apple will create a random email address to maintain your privacy. This email will be linked to your account, enabling access to your subscribed content.
If you log into one of our Properties using a digital wallet, the wallet provider will share certain information with us, including public data such as your wallet address, the blockchain your wallet is on, your wallet's transaction history, and whether it holds a Prompt Biz digital collectible.
We will use the information described above to create a profile for your account, enable subscription purchases, and as otherwise outlined in this Privacy Statement. You can later configure your settings on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, or Apple to revoke Prompt Biz's access to this information. However, this will not affect our ability to use information already received when you first set up your account or purchased a subscription using that social media login, as long as we use it in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
We may also obtain personal information of subscribers from Prompt Biz licensees after they cease conducting business under the Prompt Biz license.

Disclosure of Your Information
We may share your personal information with various entities, including companies, affiliates, and third parties, under the following circumstances:
Service Providers
We may provide your personal information to service providers who support our operations by offering services such as website hosting, data analysis, infrastructure provision, IT services, surveys and contests, customer service, email or SMS delivery, payment processing, auditing, consulting, media management, event management, data security, and anti-fraud monitoring. These providers can only access your information as needed to perform their services and are not permitted to use it for other purposes.
Corporate Affiliates
Your personal information may be shared with our corporate affiliates and subsidiaries. They process information on our behalf to deliver a product or service you requested, or under other conditions with your consent or as permitted by law.
Business and Advertising Partners
We may share personal information with business partners for marketing or interest-based advertising purposes. If you provide information through an advertiser promotion, you are giving it directly to that advertiser. We may also share event registrant information with event sponsors or Prompt Biz licensees, and list participants’ information with third-party partners involved in creating such events. For service data processed on behalf of clients, like lead generation data or survey data, we share this information with the respective clients. Additionally, information about our media subscribers may be shared for direct mail marketing, but no personal details are given to the renter. Prompt Biz may also share subscriber information with other publishers in data co-ops. You can modify your user information as indicated in the "Your Choices" section below.
Legal Compliance and Defense of Our Rights
We may disclose personal information to comply with laws (including those outside your country of residence), legal processes, and requests from public authorities. We may also do so to enforce our Terms and Conditions, protect our operations and rights, and pursue available remedies or limit damages.
Business Transfers
In cases of mergers, divestitures, restructurings, reorganizations, dissolutions, or other sales or transfers of some or all of our assets, we may share your information. If required by law, we may notify you of such transfers.
Consent
We may disclose your personal information to third parties with your consent or direction.
Data Security
We prioritize the protection of your personal information with suitable technical and organizational measures. Your information is stored on our website host servers in the United States, safeguarded against loss, theft, unauthorized access, and disclosure through various security techniques, including encryption and network protection.
Despite our efforts, no internet data transmission is completely secure. If you suspect a privacy breach or security issue, please notify us immediately.
Data Retention
We retain your information as long as there is a legitimate business need (e.g., active account or compliance with legal requirements). Once there is no longer a need, we will delete the information or securely store it until deletion is possible. We can also delete user information upon request.
Interest-Based Advertising
We, or third-party vendors, may use personal information for targeted advertising on other websites or our properties, using cookies and similar technologies. This process, known as "targeted advertising," "behavioral advertising," or "cross-context behavioral advertising," helps ensure ads are relevant to your interests. We follow the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising by the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA). You can opt-out of these ads through the process described under "Your Choices."

Cross-Device Matching
We may utilize collected information, ourselves or through third-party vendors, to determine if you've engaged with our Properties across multiple devices and to link such devices. This process may involve leveraging data from third parties, including demographic, geographic, and interest-based data, in accordance with their privacy policies. Alternatively, we may combine our collected data with third-party data. With this information, we can deliver targeted ads across associated devices and offer additional services to advertisers for enhanced cross-device targeting and analysis. To limit our use of specific cross-device data, please refer to the instructions provided under "Your Choices" below.

In any case, we won't knowingly disclose personal information disproportionately or indiscriminately.

If we decline your request, we will explain why and, unless you are a Utah resident, provide instructions for appealing the decision. Appeals must be made within a reasonable time after receiving our decision. We will respond to appeals within 60 days (45 days for Colorado residents), including a written explanation. If the appeal is denied, we will guide you on how to contact your state attorney general’s office to file a complaint.
